Western Basitin General

He walks a lonely path with a goal in mind that drives him to succeed where his predecessors did not, he is the general of the Western Bastian kingdom. He somehow has immunity to the affects of the mana crystal, thus making him an unruly foe. He is only how I imagine him to be, I have no clue how Tom invisions them, but as far as I understand - if they are not constrained by political views, their character may be similar to Keith’s.
